Q: Why do some orders take 15 days or longer to ship?

Due to rampant credit card fraud, we manually review every single order. We also submit each potentially fraudulent order to our credit card processor for verification. This process may take longer, but with our slim product margins, we cannot afford any losses from fraud. We appreciate your patience and your business.

After your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a second email containing tracking information. Occasionally, the shipping confirmation email may not include a tracking number. If this occurs, you will receive a second confirmation email after the warehouse adds the tracking information to your order. Please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking information to update.

What does paid priority shipping look like when I receive my order?

Out of Stock Orders:

We cannot guarantee all items will always be in stock. If your item is out of stock and not expected to be available within two business days, we will contact you with details about the shortage, possible substitute items (if available), or issue a full refund in the form of lifetime store credit.
